This Island Hideout is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom guest house on a wide canal, located in the sought after Doctor's Arm neighborhood with easy access to both the Bogie and Spanish Channel.
The home was constructed with real wood paneling throughout all rooms, giving the interior a rustic but beautiful look!
Per Monroe County regulations, this rental has a 28 night minimum stay and tax which is calculated based on length of stay.

The Exterior
The home is located just minutes away from direct access to both the Bogie and Spanish channel with access to either the Atlantic or the backwater bays that flourish in the area!
The house has a large porch overlooking the canal and a walkway around the entire house.
On the porch are numerous chairs, a coffee table, and a propane barbecue grille.
Outside there is a carport to keep the sun off you vehicle and vinyl fencing to keep dogs in or deer out.
Enjoy the 60 foot of dockage with boat tie downs and a large fish cleaning table with hose wash down and sink. Relax and unwind while playing corn hole that can be played on the lower deck or dock.
The Interior
The home includes whole house high-speed WiFi and Direct TV.
The living room has two recliners, a sofa-couch, and two additional chairs for gathering.
Just outside the living room is a utility closet that has a full-sized stackable washer-dryer and household cleaning items.
The kitchen is complete with amenities, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator with a ice/water in door, crock pot, deep fryer, blender, coffee pot, Keurig coffee machine, etc.
Enjoy the island top attached to the kitchen or gather together at the adjustable dining table that can accommodate up to six people.
The Master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed along with two large dressers and a closet. The Master bedroom has a private, in-suite bathroom with a tub shower, toilet, and sink.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with two large dressers. This bedroom has a large closet with a twin rollaway cot.
The second bath is in the hallway right outside the second bedroom and features a travertine tile shower with toilet and sink.
